Luis is a 13 year old boy who regretfully has not been able to attend school in a regular basis. He was going into 3rd grade during the 2009 school period. However, he is a very smart boy and the teachers at Kairos will be working hard with him and because of his age, the Ministry of Education allows us to promote him in a shorter period of time. He was promoted up to 4th grade instead of third. He comes from a desintegrated family with 6 kids. He is the second oldest in the family. Thanks to the Gilmore Family, Luis will have the opportunity to have a really good Christian education and the opportunity to break down with poverty in his family.
